Prince Albert Hockey Tournament Online Application
*** All teams that apply will automatically be put on a waiting list until approved by the Tournament Committee.
*** Applications will not be accepted without payment and your Hockey Sask-approved roster. This application does not constitute automatic acceptance into the tournament and if not accepted by PAH, payment submitted will be returned.
***Provincial/Carded teams may be accepted upon approval of the tournament committee.
*** If for any reason your team is unable to attend after acceptance, you will need to notify the Tournament Committee immediately. Teams canceling within one month of the tournament date will be subject to a forfeiture of their entry fee.
