Prince Albert Hockey is thrilled to welcome Lake Country Co-op as the title sponsor of the newly re-named U18AA Lake Country Timberwolves.
Previously known as the Vulcans, the Timberwolves will once again be competing in the U18AA Division of the Saskatchewan ‘AA’ Hockey League.
“It’s very exciting to bring Lake Country Co-op on as our sponsor. We all know how ingrained they are in our community, and to have them sponsoring yet another program is great to see,” said Timberwolves Head Coach Derek Simonson. “Having a sponsor like this is a critical part of a successful program, as we work to develop and build great athletes and great young men in our community.”
PA Hockey will be holding an in-person payment night for 2023-24 registration at the Art Hauser Centre on August 28 from 6-8pm. Registrations can be filled out at http://www.paminorhockey.ca/content/registrations / on the PA Hockey website.
Evaluations for the U18 AA Lake Country Timberwolves will be held September 1-3.
Information for 2008-born players
Starting this season, first-year U18 players will have the option of two 'AA' programs, U18 or 15AA.
Evaluations for the U18AA and 15AA teams will be held together beginning on September 1, which 2008-born players indicating their preferred team in advance.
Any 2008-born player who tries out for the U18 AA Lake Country Timberwolves, but does not make the team, can then try out for the 15AA team in the following days.
